We manufacture wide ranges of customized Assembly Conveyors for Assembly Lines of mobile phones accessories. The conveyors essentially consist of the following two type of configurations.
- Center belt conveyor with single side working platforms
- Center belt conveyor with both side working platforms
- Both side belts with working platforms on the outer side of both belts
Our Assembly Lines are fabricated from high quality Anodized Extruded Aluminium Sections for good finish. For low cost solutions these can also be constructed in Mild Steel or for lean systems in Goblin Pipes.
The assembly line conveyor belt is anti static and the side working tables have a high quality anti static rubber mat on top. The operators are provided anti static wrist bands connected to a common grounding line. The Assembly Conveyor is completely supplied with illumination, display board, sockets, storage bins, tool channels pneumatic pipe lines based of client requirements.
Soldering stations on the lines are provided with suction hoods for safely sucking out the hazardous soldering fumes. Clean both can be created on the Assembly Line for specialized dust free operations.
